Prices are gross; we issue an invoice with 0% VAT. A 15-minute unit costs a quarter of the hourly rate. * In the Coaching / Massage room the day-rate tiers are max 5 / 8 / 12 / 16 hours – 10 hours falls into the max 12 hour tier (21,000 HUF); the max 8 hour tier is 17,500 HUF.
Online booking · Keyless self check-in
Day rates start from the 5 hour slot; the hourly average shown is based on the 10 hour day rate.
- Bookable hours: every day between 6:00–22:00.
- Minimum rental time is 60 minutes, after which it can be booked in 15-minute units.
- Regular rental, i.e. a fixed weekly time slot can be booked. For regular weekly rentals between 1 September and 31 May, in principle every session must be rented (except official public holidays: 1 January, 15 March, 1 May, 20 August, 23 October, 1 November, 25–26 December, Good Friday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday).
Cancellation: by the 10th of the preceding month. Payment in advance, by the 15th of the preceding month. - While keeping a regular weekly rental, single sessions may be cancelled as follows:
- by the 10th of the preceding month: max 2 sessions per month (free of charge); cancelling an official public holiday is in principle free, but must be indicated in time!
- after the 10th of the preceding month: a 25% booking fee applies
- within 48 hours of the slot: a 50% booking fee applies
- within 24 hours of the slot: a 100% booking fee applies (non-cancellable)
- In case of cancellation the paid rental fee cannot be refunded, but the amount according to the cancellation terms can be used for a later room rental. - Cancelling/modifying a one-off booking:
- cancellation is not possible, i.e. the paid fee cannot be refunded
- the booked slot can be modified free of charge at the latest 24 hours before the slot, at most twice. After that the slot cannot be modified - Substitution (passing the slot to a fellow instructor) is possible at any time, provided the studio is informed.
- The room rental fee is non-refundable! Prices are gross prices; we issue an invoice for the rental with 0% VAT.
- We allow a total of 15 minutes between bookings!
- Plan your rental time so that you leave the room at the latest 5 minutes after the booked time ends and hand it over to the next renter.
