White Lotus & Red Moon Yoga Studio

By making a booking in the online booking system (https://yogastudiobooking.skedda.com/), the renter accepts this Privacy Notice as well as the House Rules.
1. Categories of personal data processed
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Billing details (name and address)
2. Purpose of the data processing
Renters’ data is recorded for the following purposes:
- Issuing an invoice in accordance with statutory obligations (by InnerGo Group Kft.).
- Issuing a payment request in the case of one-off or regular rentals.
- Recording and confirming bookings.
- Keeping in contact with renters regarding their bookings.
3. Legal basis for the data processing
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (recording bookings, providing use of the room).
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR: processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (fulfilling accounting and tax obligations).
4. Data retention period
- Performance of the contract and invoicing: for the statutory retention period (accounting documents: 8 years).
5. Access to and transfer of data
- The data may be processed solely by the data controller and by the service providers engaged as data processors (e.g. the operator/administrator of the online booking and card-payment systems, and the accountant).
- The data is not transferred to any third party, except where required by law.
6. Your rights
Data subjects have the right to:
- request access to their own data, and request its rectification or erasure;
- request the restriction of processing, and request data portability;
- object to the processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
