2. Subject of the service
Provision of room rental at the White Lotus (1054 Budapest, Vécsey u. 3.), Red Moon (1052 Budapest, Bécsi u. 1.) and PRIZMA Yoga&Dance Studio (1092 Budapest, Ráday utca 43.) studios.
3. The booking process
Booking takes place on the https://yogastudiobooking.skedda.com online platform, after logging in as a user. Regular bookings are recorded by the admin on behalf of the user (renter), who receives an email notification about this; after logging in, the user can also check their own bookings.
4. Fees and payment
The current fees are shown on the website https://yogastudiobooking.com/en/studio-rental, as well as on the online https://yogastudiobooking.skedda.com booking platform. Standard payment method: bank card. (For regular rentals: by bank transfer, based on a proforma invoice.)
The prices published on the website, taking effect on 1 September 2026, will remain unchanged until 31 August 2027.
The room rental fee is non-refundable! Prices are gross prices; the invoice for the rental is issued by the Service Provider (InnerGo Group Kft.) with TAM (0%) VAT content. As a property-letting activity, it is exempt from VAT under Section 86 (1) of the Hungarian VAT Act.
5. Room rental – general information
Opening hours (studio available for rent): every day between 6:00–22:00.
Minimum rental time is 60 minutes, after which it can be booked in 15-minute units.
Between bookings we provide a total of 15 minutes break free of charge!
The rental time must be set so that the room is left at the latest 5 minutes after the booked time ends and handed over to the next renter.
Compliance with the House Rules is mandatory for every participant! By making a booking, the renter accepts the House Rules as binding and ensures that the guests arriving to them also comply with the House Rules.
Regular rental, i.e. booking a fixed weekly time slot, is possible. Between 1 September and 31 May, in the case of regular weekly rental, in principle every session must be rented (except official public holidays: 1 January, 15 March, 1 May, 20 August, 23 October, 1 November, 25–26 December, Good Friday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday).
6. Room rental cancellation, modification
Cancelling a regular rental, i.e. a fixed weekly time slot: by the 10th of the month preceding the given month. Payment in advance, by the 15th of the month preceding the given month.
Conditions for cancelling one session per month while maintaining a regular rental: in case of cancellation, the paid rental fee cannot be refunded, but the amount according to the cancellation terms can be used for a later room rental.
- by the 10th of the month preceding the given month: max 2 sessions per month (free of charge); cancelling an official public holiday is in principle free of charge, but it must be indicated in time!
- after the 10th of the month preceding the given month: a 25% booking fee is charged
- within 48 hours before the slot: a 50% booking fee is charged
- within 24 hours before the slot: a 100% booking fee is charged (non-cancellable)
Cancelling/modifying a one-off booking:
- Cancellation: not possible, i.e. the paid fee cannot be refunded.
- Modification: the booked slot can be modified free of charge at the latest 24 hours before, on a maximum of two occasions.
Substitution (passing the slot to a fellow instructor) is possible at any time. Informe the studio at yogastudiobooking@gmail.com.
